Abstract
The objective of the current study was to find out teachers' technical competencies in using tools of Madrasti platform within Saudi environment. To achieve this goal, the descriptive method is used to collect and analyze data in order to get the results. The study sample consisted of (325) male and female teachers in all around the Kingdom of Saudi. The study experiment was applied in the first semester of the 1441/1442 AH academic year. The study was based on one instrument: the questioner which was built by researcher, and it's been validated and made reliable. The questioner consisted (50) questions, divided into four main groups (lesson design- student evaluation- student support- usability difficulties). The results of the study showed medium to high existence of teachers' technical competencies in using tools of Madrasti platform in each lesson design, student evaluation and support. For the difficulties in using the tools of the platform, the lake of experience and training in using e-learning tools appeared to be the most difficulty facing the sample's members, and for the platform is being updated and maintained appeared to be the lower difficulty according to the sample's members
