Abstract

Practicing sports is considered one of the most effective and best ways of preparing a healthy child in all physical, psychological and social aspects, through the goals achieved by the physical and sports education class, that’s why it has been included in the teaching curricula for all educational levels, including the primary stage specifically in this academic year 2023/2024.
Through this study, the programs directed at teaching physical and sports education for all years in primary school will be analysed, as well as the objectives and competencies directed to be achieved at the end of the school year will be determined, It also examines the extent to which the content of education programs is linked to achieving the school health approach in the primary stage through the physical education and sports class.
